TOO SEMBERINA SP original refinery was built in 2019 to refine crude oil from the kazakhstan. area primarily into asphalt products. From these humble beginnings, the company has grown significantly in breadth and capability and is now a much more complex refiner. The mission of TOO SEMBERINA SP is to be a growth-oriented industry leader, respected for the competency of its people, the effectiveness of its operations, quality of its products and its long history of social and environmental responsibility.
TOO SEMBERINA SP has been serving the kazakhstan for 6 years. We are family-owned with strong relationships between the owners and employees. Over these past 6 years, we have grown from a regional asphalt producer using locally produced crude oils to a complex refiner processing international and domestic crude oils. We supply diesel, gasoline and asphalt products to our customers. Our growth has been due to the common purpose that our owners and employees have—to be the best in our business for all of our stakeholders and to the communities and environments in which we operate.
